How do I check if my date is available?

What's included in the event space rental?

How far in advance can I reserve the space?
Comus Farm Events is available to book up to two (2) years in advance.
Can we rent out the Farmhouse before / after our event?
Yes, the Comus Farmhouse is available for rental through Airbnb. It will be open for reservations for the week or weekend before/after your big day unless otherwise reserved.
Will my event be the only event going on?
Yes! When you host your event at Comus Farm, you'll have the entire property to celebrate, cheer, laugh, and relax.

Can I bring my dog?
Yes, as long as they remain leashed at all times and is well-behaved as we have many animals on the farm that your dog may not be used to.
Are there restroom facilities?
Yes, we have a restroom trailer and indoor handicap-accessible restrooms.
Where can I park?
Visitor parking is located to the right of the main driveway, indicated by a "Visitor Parking" sign. Handicap parking is located to the left of the main driveway next to the rose garden and farmhouse. Additional overflow parking can be found at the end of the driveway.
Is there wheelchair accessibility?
There is accessible parking to the left of the main driveway; and our walkways, gazebo, pavilion, large barn, barn loft and indoor bathrooms are all accessible. Due to the old construction of the farmhouse, unfortunately it is not accessible.
